At Words on the Street, we want you to love every book you buy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

📚 New Books

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on new books that are:

• Unread

• In original condition (no creases, marks, or damage)

• Free of any signs of use or handling

Note: Because the condition of a book determines its classification, we reserve the right to decline a return if the book is no longer in new condition. If we cannot accept the return, we will notify you and offer options.

💛 Gently Loved (Used) Books

All sales on gently loved books are final. These books are offered at a discount and may already show minor signs of wear.

🎁 Merchandise (Totes, Bookmarks, etc.)

Non-book merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

🚚 Return Process

1. Email us at info@wordsots.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

📬 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
